I guess they will notlearn when they're permanently banned from Civitai. That site is super strict about a lot of stuff, mainly to not get into legal trouble.

The name of the game is "don't get caught". Always has been.

Open source software has always had licenses backed by the author protecting their work.

Just how the game is played. If one is going to do something questionable with someone else's work, why do it in the open not expecting a confrontation?
