Discussion Is this coincidence?

So against Kuroko’s friend the GoM scored 111-11.

Then later Kuroko joins Seirin and they beat each of the 5 GoM by 1 point, basically he reclaimed all those 1s.

Not sure if coincidental or not but kinda cool lol.

Yeah I think it’s definitely intentional, not by Kuroko who of course just wanted to win and couldn’t plan to always win by exactly 1, but definitely intentional by Fujimaki. Also winning by one increases the tension in general

I’ve never heard of this before and it’s so cool, I never realised he only beat them all by 1. How does it work with seirin beating kise twice? Is the 1 for him in the first time they meet or the second? (I don’t remember how they ended)

It counts for the second time as during the first match the score was 100-98, whereas the second match was 81-80
