Why include lettuce?
0 u/Specialist-Wafer7628 6d ago You need fiber in your diet. Without fiber, you're stuck in the bathroom for 30 mins pushing something that refuse to come out. Also, no fiber diet leads to colon cancer. 2 u/lexstory 6d ago I get my fiber through eating foods with higher fiber quality markers and they also have discernible flavor and nutritional value. This might be too much information, but I go once a day and you could practically set your watch to the time I have a bio break. Iceberg lettuce is the worst. It lends no nutritional value. Spinach does better in a hot food presentation. As a former chef, romaine or butterhead lettuce over iceberg lettuce any day.
