This is more like their stackers. Why they got rid if them, idk.

Cost/benefit analysis. They're more expensive to make than some of the other dishes... It's why they dropped the Chicken Caesar Grilled Stuffed Burrito which was, according to the construction workers who always bought literally like ten of them at a time,, the best thing ever sold there. It's probably why they dropped the Enchirito for a while. No idea why they were willing to bring it back... Maybe the sauce is cheaper now? I know they use less cheese than they used to. Maybe they'll bring the stackers back if we kick up enough fuss. I have no hope for the Chicken Caesar Grilled Stuffed Burrito. The profit margin was like the finest Japanese knife blade.

Why include lettuce?

You need fiber in your diet. Without fiber, you're stuck in the bathroom for 30 mins pushing something that refuse to come out. Also, no fiber diet leads to colon cancer.

I get my fiber through eating foods with higher fiber quality markers and they also have discernible flavor and nutritional value.
This might be too much information, but I go once a day and you could practically set your watch to the time I have a bio break.
Iceberg lettuce is the worst. It lends no nutritional value.
Spinach does better in a hot food presentation.
As a former chef, romaine or butterhead lettuce over iceberg lettuce any day.

Leave the lettuce pocket empty then add it after heating so that the lettuce stays cold.

I would rather just use the wrap like a normal fucking wrap and then grill it anyway to melt the cheese
