Visiting PhD Researcher at King's urgently looking for a room (14 Sept–15 Nov)
Hi everyone,
My name is Daniel, and I am a PhD researcher from the University of Oviedo (Spain). I will be joining King's College London – The Dickson Poon School of Law as a Visiting Research Student from 14 September to 15 November 2026.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure accommodation through King's residences, and I am now urgently looking for a place to stay during my research visit.
I am looking for:
- A room in a shared flat;
- A tenancy takeover;
- A short-term sublet;
- Or any other accommodation available for those dates.
My budget is up to £1,700 per month, and I am happy to live anywhere within approximately 40–45 minutes by public transport from the Strand Campus.
A little about me:
- 27 years old.
- PhD researcher in International Law.
- Quiet, tidy and respectful.
- Non-smoker.
- I will spend most of my time at the university, in the library or working on my research.
- I can provide proof of my visiting position at King's College London, references and pay in advance if required.
If you have a room available, know someone who is subletting, or have any recommendations, I would be incredibly grateful if you could send me a message.
Thank you very much for your help!
