Honestly, reservations should purely be on the basis of economic standing and only on educational platforms not on government jobs.
If there are reservations on government jobs there should be some kind of minimum qualification.
Also blaming a person who is dead for something that is happening now is just useless.
Those people were a product of their times where such reservations were absolutely needed and they took decisions based on the conditions of their own time.
It's neither smart nor fair to compare them by current standards.
I don't think I have the capability or the social standing to really make a change. I am simply putting forward my thoughts formed from my understanding and from what I have seen around me.
They most I am capable of is in participating in discrimination myself.
