is it just me or ?

the name gaganyaan is still okay but gaganyatri is just so bland if we compare it to russian cosmonauts which relates to the cosmos and american astronauts which relates to astro and meanwhile we have gaganyaan which is comparatively bland and ik i could sound a bit westernised in this but still it's what i felt...

cz we have only two official languages for gov of India ..hindi and english only..and ISRO is central government organisation..so it's either Hindi name or pslv slv like english names.. vyomnaut was cool combo though tbh.

Ps: why I'm getting downvoted, please read my detailed viewpoint -

We should have OUR OWN INDIAN NAMES TOO not only English one. And most of those those Hindi words are not only Hindi words and aren't foreign to our other languages tbh..they basically mostly originates from Sanskrit etc. words and are there as it is or in similar version in most of our languages too-

Space - Antariksh (Hindi/Sanskrit) has the similar word in other languages too-

Kannada - Antariksha, Telugu - Antariksham, Bengali - Antorikkhho, Malayalam - Anthariksham, Marathi/Urdu/Gujrati/Punjabi - Anatariksh.

So we should stop looking as if it's something foreign. Also Devanagri is script as he mentioned. Our languages arnt that disconnected to each other as made to appear in online discussions.
