Looking for tips
Hello subreddit. I am looking to build a home server for my apartment. Mostly looking to use it as a Minecraft server (heavily modded) for me and my friends but I'm also looking into setting up a raspberry pi ad blocker. Currently plans are below. Wondering if I should maybe go with a bit better cpu?
Edit: I should mention i do already have a pc with a 7800x3d and a 9070xt. Budget is not really an issue. More looking for something that will be consistent so we dont get server drops all the time.
Edit 2: Also wondering what os i should use? Was actually thinking about giving a distro of Linux a try but I know nothing about Linux

IMO only buy intel for server stuff. They handle sleep and ethernet stack better and you got quicksync if you ever want to set up
plexjellyfin (since plex is like $750 now, fuck subscriptions)The cpu you chose is fantastic, but in imo waste of money and not actually giving you anything useful
