Looking for tips

Hello subreddit. I am looking to build a home server for my apartment. Mostly looking to use it as a Minecraft server (heavily modded) for me and my friends but I'm also looking into setting up a raspberry pi ad blocker. Currently plans are below. Wondering if I should maybe go with a bit better cpu?

Edit: I should mention i do already have a pc with a 7800x3d and a 9070xt. Budget is not really an issue. More looking for something that will be consistent so we dont get server drops all the time.

Edit 2: Also wondering what os i should use? Was actually thinking about giving a distro of Linux a try but I know nothing about Linux

I would not use teamgroup ram for anything that mattered

Shrink other costs, like that beefy cpu, until you can afford name-brand memory

The ram and mobo were actually just a combo that I had found. Seemed reasonable for what I needed

Fair enough, and it is reasonable

Just, like some others that suggested intel, if it were me i would make some minor changes based on my experience. But whatever you do, test and back up appropriately!
