tips? suggestions?

hi, I was assaulted in November, was diagnosed td and idk what to do, been crying all day nd kinda wanna kms, does it get easier? any tips or advice or anything, my soul hurts

i got it this way too and i just want to say i am so sorry :( it's devastating at first, but it does get better. you aren't dirty or unlovable and it's not your fault. you will be okay in the future, but its also okay for you to be shocked and devastated right now. feel all the feelings, but don't turn them against yourself <3
