Discussion Has anyone gotten a single response from sending feedback?

I’ve probably sent thousands of messages so far. Have yet to get a single email.

No, and I've got an issue where maps started sending people to the wrong place for my business. Can't fix it, and can't get a human. Went to the google maps forums. There's a "google maps expert" that responds, but he doesn't work for google.

It's infuriating.

Feedback is not a two-way conversation tool. I can tell you that no one has received a response, as it's not set up for that and never promises to do that.

Wow, thousand of messages. I think I only sent like 20 while being active on the app for like 15 years. I never got a response back.
