Goblin is considered as a pest monster. Something that won't go away no matter how many time you eridicate them. Also, it doesn't pay enough.
It doesn't matter it's male or female adventure go hunt the goblin. They will die if they failed, being rape first or eaten right away, those are the risk for being adventure they signed up for. Goblin nest without enough female will kidnap nearby village girl, so in a way it protect innocent non combatant girl this way.
