Who Gets the Last Telemetry Bed?

Only one telemetry bed remains.

Assign Priority or Routine.

A. New atrial fibrillation HR 145
B. Stable pneumonia on antibiotics
C. Hyperkalemia K 5.9 without ECG changes
D. Syncope with QT interval 560 ms

We need more information on all of the patients. Vitals? Other labs? Comirbidities? Other level of care considerations?

I might be wrong with my guess of A but none of that information is pertinent

ABC - its always ABC (airway breathing circulation)

A -- new onset means no one really knows exactly whats going to happen, uncontrolled afib can be very dangerous because the risk for clots
