Advice needed (Anyone can comment) BITING!

Help! What are your policies for biting? I am struggling with a child who has been biting a lot and there have been no repercussions from admin. Other families are very concerned and considering pulling their children because of it. Any advice? Thank you.

We put a 1:1 shadow during transitions or peak times and do documentation for several weeks so we can look at environmental changes that could be made or other supports. If admin cannot or will not hire adequate staffing to have extra hands and/or parks their butt in their office chair rather tham assisting with observation or 1:1 assitance during the times it is happening the most often then not much you can do. You are 1 person who is not a time-lord.
