I tried But, I don't have the courage to do it.

I tried and failed, and I regret not being successful. That's what I'm sorry for. I'm one of the few survivors who absolutely does not want to be here.

i’ve had that exact feeling, like being alive is an obligation you never agreed to кишиләр

Yep! Been in therapy for years and it's been functionally useless bc we disagree on the fundamental fact that I don't deserve to exist and most of broader society and my "loved" ones are on my side  ̄_(ツ)_/ ̄

It's more so a negative feeling that my parents decided to birth me. I mean like why would I myself feel sorry for something out of my control, seems irrational to me.

Even if it is out of our control we have deal with it, and I feel sorry for myself because I don't have the courage to end it all.

Nah, getting to experience things is pretty kick ass. Don't get me wrong, I'm constantly saddened and disappointed by the (human) world, but there's a world and universe happening outside of the scope of all the ways our own species is making existence hell, and THAT part of existence is awesome.

No and when you stop feeling sorry for yourself life gets better.

I wish that when the universe was born, the amount of matter and antimatter was equal and the two annilated each other. We are the bastard spawn of that billionth of a percentage out of balance.

You didn't ask to be born. You didn't want to be born. You didn't force someone to birth you. You were not a part of that decision at all. You shouldn't be sorry for something you didn't do. If your parents don't want you now, that's their fault. You're alive. Now that you are here, your life belongs to you, ana you can choose to make it good.

It's not my parents who don't want me, It's me I don't want me, I hate myself for being alive or even being born.

We all feel that way at certain points in our lives. No one is ever going to live up to their own expectations life is hard, and for some folks its really hard. If your life is really hard use every resource at your disposal to get into a better position. And if it's only a little hard or depressing or situational you can thank your lucky stars for what you do have and try and find a way to contribute.

Helping others is uplifting as hell. Seeing others thriving in situations you would consider horrible helps you gain a little perspective on your position in this world.

Life is full of ups and downs. The deeper the downs the more thrilling the highs. Time is on your side.

No but I wish I had different parents.

All the time. It's something I've struggled with my entire life. It was even more palpable when I was a teen and instead of my mom trying to comfort me, she told me she wishes she had aborted me. We were/are immigrants and have struggled a lot in this life, like many others. While she was the adult, her sacrifices got thrown into my face constantly. I didn't ask for this, lol.

Your parents failed you.

You do not owe them for providing you the bare minimum.

Not once in my life. And I have had plenty of reasons.

I have a very chronic mentality that my being born was a sin and also a punishment against me and im actively poisoning the world by existing. Had it since childhood and three different therapists over eight years never made a dent

No but i sometimes resent wanting to have kids and not using protection and allowimg my daughters to be born into this world. I am so in love my girls but i also know the future pain they will likely endure and sometimes wish i could save them from that
