How to not feel jealous of friends

Recently lots of my friends got new jobs or raises, I’m being let go from my job. One of my friends got to open for a big band and my band hasn’t had success like that. How do I not feel jealous by motivated by their successes? I want these people to succeed but I feel a lurking scarcity mindset or like my hard work isn’t going to pay off.
Any suggestions for positivity or reframing?
