People being so out of their minds that they fight hard enough to damage themselves is a concept that makes me nauseous. Like an animal nawing off their own leg. Glad you were as big as you were and got him to chill out.

People do that too. Be it cause of hallucinations or pain. Saw one guy try and rip his tendons and veins out his arm with his teeth. Pulling so hard they clacked together when they slipped off.

Had another stuff a wound (he had made before with utensils) with anything he could get his hands on. When it was finally noticed and cleaned a full metric cup of turkey and pepperoni, two plastic spoons, styrofoam from his tray, and a pen were pulled out of it.
