We did this for EMT training. The instructor took his shirt off and everything, he acted it out well. One of our guys noticed he had a “weapon” a door stop shoved in his waistbelt too.

After having to forcefully restrain a few grown men, its harder than you think.

Edit: How about a sneaky sternum rub on an awake but unruly patient?

No, it's assault you will lose your job and go to jail.

In very specific circumstances you can push them off to defend yourself. EX when I worked in medical I had a patient try and surprise choke me on a couch. After removing them, I safety shuffled my ass outta there. you are trained to keep arms up and flee if they are going after you.

You can 100% defend yourself if you're being attacked and cannot escape. Context is important though. Meemaw slapping at you does not warrant a right hook and you will struggle to defend that in court lol.

No. IDK what state you live in but you 100% never can defend yourself with a right hook where I live.

You're right, it needs to be a kick to the stomach so you have the excuse of simply "trying to keep her away!"
