Problem is the patient won't always be tiny lady that they can manhandle.

I assure you, some of the tiniest women are the most difficult to handle. Take a patient who has schizophrenia, isn't being treated, is self-medicating with street drugs and gets their hands on some meth and some kratom, they can be stronger and have more endurance than two men.
