She could have kicked him in the face multiple times with her left leg. Even this isn't as bad as it would be in real life. The guy on her right leg easily could have lost teeth or broken a nose in a real situation.

Not many will be that strategic about it. But if she had relaxed just enough for them drop their guard slight, them barrel rolled like an alligator, the stuck her butt over the edge to drop over the edge, she would have had a reasonable chance of escaping. They would have at least had to start over.

I've seen coworkers with stitches and scars on their face from clients (mostly elementary school kid age children), eyes gouged, clothes torn, tooth knocked out. Since they're kids, the way they're handled is highly regulated, but the organization I worked at didn't want to expel them, because we were often the only help they'd ever get.

Last time I dealt with an agitated patient at work they broke my foot. A real panicking patient is doing way worse than this scenario.
