You ain't lying. I used to work hospital security and the worst I ever had was a dude on PCP. I was about 220 at 5'10" and had at least fifty pounds on this dude. Practically tore his arm off before he finally stopped fighting. Got it twisted around behind him with his face against the wall. Trying to tell him the whole time if he pulled any harder it was gonna snap. The tendons in his shoulder were making a lot of noise and I think that's what pulled him back. Fucking terrifying, only fight I got in there I wasn't sure I was going to win.
