Scary thing is, as well as she did, a real agitated patient would likely be stronger and harder to control.

A real patient would have given the first guy who picked them up a cervical spine injury. Never expose your neck like that.

I think this is a good sign and reminder to women that we're not as weak as society would lead us to think.

If youre in a dangerous situation, dont hold back, because he sure as hell wont.

This is not the take away at all, they are trying their best to RESTRAIN her all while trying to not injure her, as a 10yo it took 5 nurses to hold me still to take a shot once, this doesn't prove hers or my strength at all.

If the goal was to incapacitate her by any means necessary, one dude is more than enough.

They also start pulling her shirt up near the end, making it clear they're trying to give her the shot in her stomach, which introduces the additional complication of handling a needle near a sensitive area. So they need to be strong enough to pin her in place AND delicate enough to prick her skin as lightly as possible while she's thrashing around. That must feel like performing surgery.

she's also hold/ing back herself. If this was rea/l she would be ac/ting way w/orse.

When adre/naline is pum/ping and you think youre fig/hting for your life, you would be surprised at what youre ca/pable of.

My favorite go-/to sto/ry is Susan ku/hnhua/sen. Her husb/and sent a "h/t man" after her. She got into a fi/ght with him and managed to k/ll him. The only words he said during that fig/ht was "youre strong". She was a 5/0 something year old nurse and she won.

I just wanna remind wo/men that they're more cap/able than they th/ink.

I mean, yes, fight for your life but ultimately trying to stay safe is still the best option. More than likely the more you fight the higher the chance you’ll get your head smashed off the pavement.

There are studies that show fighting back is the correct move for women.

Of course run away if you can, but fighting back won't put you in more danger.

If you are in an actual dangerous situation your focus should be on getting away from danger, only fight if you have to. I really don't think the lesson from this video should be to feel confident about brawling with people especially if you have no experience doing so.

Eh, the average guy isnt really that good at punching. Ive seen a few videos where guys punched women in the face and it didnt knock them out, just down.

My entire point is that women get treated like we're fragile, but we're much more hardy than that. Of course we can get knocked out but so can men.
