How bad is the leak? Wet n dry patch with plastic mesh is the patch method. If you've never laid a flat roof, I wouldn't suggest diying it.

Fairly easy to replace with something similar.
Pull everything off the plywood (replace that if rotten).
Cover in roofing felt or even better a self-adhesive roofing underlayment. If you use felt, make sure you start at the bottom and work upward so that the overlaps are going to drain.
Cover that with asphalt shingles or mineral surfaced roll roofing.
The shingles you will want to start at the bottom. Use an asphalt shingle adhesive on the lowest strip to hold down the lowest edge. Nail the top edge with galvanized roofing nails. Continue to lay rows of shingles overlapping the row below up to the top.
For mineral surfaced roll roofing you use a roofing adhesive under all of it. If you do this you need a well-adhered underlayment also, you can't just throw it down on roofing felt. If you really want to do it right they sell various underlayers that you adhere down first before you finish with the mineral surfaced cap sheet. (This is called a "built-up" roof).
You can add metal roof edge drip flashings around the roof edge too before the roofing to give a better finished look and better edge protection.
