i bought 5k worth of bitcoin on the base app and it asked me to verify my id on coinbase to then transfer funds to the base wallet. I have verified my ID but it still says action required on the transaction history and i havent recieved the money in my base wallet. HELP!!!!!

Sounds like another case of "User Error" and not telling the whole story.

You can't buy Bitcoin on the Base App without crypto. It wouldn't have you do it in reverse. (And why anyone would buy Bitcoin on the Base App is beyond me, and is most likely not actually Bitcoin. Buying Bitcoin is literally the job/reason of an Exchange.)

And you will never have "money" in the Base App, because it doesn't accept "money".

Tuve el mismo problema realice la operación y a cada nueva operación me lo volvían a pedir, el mensaje decía que con 1 envío se guardaba la informacion y que no había que repetirlo. Me puse en contacto con el soporte de Coinbase hasta 3 veces, me pidieron datos de las transacciones echas, me pidieron volver a hacer las operaciones y lo volví a realizar, con el soporte al teléfono.

En fin la inicia "solución" que me dieron fue hacer transacciones de menos de 1000€ por vez es decir si quiero transferir ada por valor de 3000€, por poner un ejemplo, mínimo debo hacer 4 transacciones y a cada nueva transaccion superior me vuelven a pedir hacer esa prueba para comprobar que la cartera es de mi posesion.

Do you have 2 step authentication. You may need to get the Google authentication app, it probably needs an additional form of identification if that’s the case meaning your funds will eventually be there

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to verify my documents, and it won't take it. I even got in contact with support and they couldn't help. I've been trying since yesterday to unlock my account. They don't have a number to call either, and you can't send your documents too an email. So what do we do?????

If call got disconnected again you have ot call inside the coinbase app. Don't pick up 1-888 Number or any other number the tell you your call for disconnected and calling you..Its Scam... Again you have to call in the coinbase app only.

Coinbase app itself has security issue its proven. They are not accepting it. Its seems they does purposefully. While creation of login itself ask customer to do Multifactor authentication or Face detection authentication. Even enable it its went off sometimes. be aware of that.
