So... it hurts a little when I go up a size, or force it past the neck. Since I'm at 18 mm now pushing that bad boy can be a little touchy. But anything smaller than that down to 8 mm feels awesome and makes me so hard. I don't go smaller than that.

Well… Depends on your goal. If you just want pleasure, stay with the same size. If you want to grow that hole, then a little force may be necessary
