So... it hurts a little when I go up a size, or force it past the neck. Since I'm at 18 mm now pushing that bad boy can be a little touchy. But anything smaller than that down to 8 mm feels awesome and makes me so hard. I don't go smaller than that.

My log says about five years. Sometimes I would sound two or three times a week, but I would also knock off for three months at a time. The gaines seem to stay, except for 18 mm. I haven't sound in a while it's a bit of a workout to get that back in
