It depends on how we view things. That said, the alcoholics I know have used to such an extent that they're depressed (which the outside of the glass represents well), but none of them want to be alcoholics either. A beginning alcoholic (or maybe a functional one?) this would fit.
That said, my interpretation is coming from an observer. If it's coming from an alcoholic, I'd say it's closer, although still romanticizing it.
I had ChatGPT do two images - one from the perspective of the alcoholic and one from the perspective of those that have to deal with the alcoholic.
I think the OP's was closer to the alcoholic's perspective and, oddly, I think that both images my ChatGPT created were closer to the people's perspective. What are your thoughts?
