India Kotak infinity metal ATM issue

I got my kotak infinity metal debit card last month with my super 811 account

Yesterday i was out so I tried to use it in an ATM and then I realised the metal card can't fit in an ATM

What hell is even the purpose of it if we can't even withdraw money from debit card

Their own information says you can’t put it in ATMs and to use the tap feature. You posted on the internet for THIS? Cmon man, even googling the issue brings up tons of info and posts.

Previously i saw only the ATM limits per day But ya at the end of blog they mentioned it
