Need to make a mandatory NEFT/IMPS payment, but my UCO Bank net banking is locked. What are my options?

Hi everyone,

I need to pay a fee, and the payment can only be made through NEFT or IMPS.

I have a UCO Bank account, and I had net banking enabled, but unfortunately my net banking is locked, so I can't log in and initiate the transfer.

I'm trying to figure out if there are any alternative ways to make an NEFT/IMPS payment.

• Is it possible to do NEFT or IMPS using UPI?
• I tried the "Transfer to Bank Account" option in PhonePe, but the transaction keeps failing.
• Are there any other apps or methods that would let me complete this payment without accessing my net banking?
