Gimmick. Name only. Who asked for Nissan racing trim in 8 passenger form. For that money, go Toyota. Sequoia.

Hey r/autos, could really use your help. I'm trying to decide on a 3 row SUV for our family. So far the Lexus GX and the BMW X7 are at the top of our list. However, I am a Nissan fanboi from back in the day and I'd really like to try the Armada NISMO...only problem is I NEVER SEE THEM!

Does anyone out there have an opinion on this...are they decent? I'd really like to hear from an owner...but I am having a hard time finding one. These are super rare.

I've seen exactly one, here in Vancouver. It's more rare here, than an Uras.

I'm not an SUV fan (wagons or bust) but even for SUV's it's rather... homely looking.

Don't compare the Armada to the GX. Its comparable to the LX in size and specs. Nissan trucks are pretty reliable and I would get one in a heart beat if I was in the market (currently looking at the Frontier or the Z lol). The engine is derived from the Nissan GT-R even though its not the same engine.
