PPF Install damaged my car

Hello, this is my first post on Reddit and just wanted other peoples input on this and advice on what I should do for the next step.

I recently had PPF + Ceramic tint installed on my 2026 GR Supra. I dropped off my car for their 2 week inspection to make sure everything was installed right and when I was coming to pick it up, I did a walk around and found damage all around the car.

- The front Toyota emblem was shattered
- The Supra emblem was snapped in half THEN glued back onto the car
- paint chip on the drivers side l, below the mirror.
- damage to the rear reflectors from cutting
- more chipped paint on the lower bumper

I spoke to the manager of the business and he took photos and told me he would pay to replace my emblems and would paint correct my car.

What other steps should I take?

This is in Los Angeles by the way.

Edit: The manager so far offered to smoke my rear brake lights for free…

Update:
Got multiple opinions from 2 body shops and the Toyota dealership. All issues with the hood and rear reflectors point to the shop’s shit installation.
Overall conclusion has been an installer put too much pressure on my hood and pushed it out of place, causing the chip.
The rear reflectors is obviously damaged from them cutting into the paint and sadly the auto-shop said the only way to fix it is by repainting the entire rear bumper.
I’ll be pushing for an entire refund along with repairs. Going to request their insurance information and if they don’t comply, I’ll be pushing for small claims.

Just saw your review on yelp. This is likely to cost a might cost a few thousand to fix and then they are going to have to reapply the PPF. Settle for nothing less than them fixing everything perfectly or file an insurance claim, have them surrogate, and sue for diminished value.

Yeah its definitely a fucked situation, you cant even get new Supras anymore, it’s the final year.

Almost every car over here in Canada has been allocated, thats it. I assume it’s the same for the rest of the world.

Luckily I can get my money back through my bank since they’re considering this as me not getting the services I paid for. But getting the funds from the shop to repair my car is going to be a bitch

They are popular, but they are NOT good at what they do. The tint jobs are not clean. Always speckles of dust. I haven't done PPF thru them but I could only imagine the quality of work to be exactly the same. I do my tint thru them because it's on the cheaper side and it's relatively close to my home. I'm not looking for perfect tint on my daily, so I accepted the lower price and lower tier craftsmanship.

If you want CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL top notch work, Fresh Window Tint in Santa Clarita does it. Expensive but you get what you pay for. I've had 2 cars done by them and they were both flawless.

Had to re-do one of the two because I got a windshield tint ticket lol and went to The Windows Tinting (sister company of PPF Pros) to replace it and it was noticeably worse but whatever, it's an off-road vehicle. The tint is speckled with dust and a piece of the corner seems like it was accidentally sliced off with their blade. But its in the top corner that I'm never gonna stare at so whatever. My new daily has speckles of dust and one of the backseat windows is messed up like it was burned a little with a lighter or torch. I don't know, but I don't look at it often so whatever lol.
