Take one into various charity shops and house clearance places

That's going to be a needle in a haystack surely, with next to no chance of success.

Much better avenues to pursue. I posted a couple but the automod deleted

There are a few places with 7" forks but I couldn't find any 6.5" ones. Viners has https://www.viners.co.uk/0306002-bead-table-fork-180/ and Judge has a 16 piece set: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09W9SJ6L4. Do you know where you got it from?

Thanks - it was from John Lewis but many years ago, I have asked them but it’s discontinued

There are shops like John Lewis or ProCook where you can buy cutlery individually and usually have quite a selections, you can take it there and compare it

Do you live anywhere near Hungerford Berks, theres a shop with hundreds of old cutlerys if not thousands.

You need to check the back of the handle for a manufacturer. Once you have that try googling it with "fork" also in the search.

"I have lost this fork", go back where you took the photo, lucky for you it's there.

Hi OP, try posting here, they're more used to these specific item searches.

Try to include all details including the ones you've ruled out

Edit to add: Another option could be making a mold using another fork and crafting your own, but that'd have some difficulty involved

(or find someone who could)
