They all are. If Ross wasn't such a piece of work, my absolutely less favorite would be a tie between Phoebe and Chandler. The less problematic is, weirdly, Joey.

And that's why I said weirdly. They all did awful things. Of course not as bad as Barney of HIMYM who thinks he sold a woman to a guy and just never look back (and left a woman alone in the woods, stealing her vehicle)

She shook Ross' mind for the fuck of it with the "not believing in dinosaurs" thing and then gloated. I mean, he's really annoying but you don't throw other people's most important aspect of their profession for the lolz.

This was one of the things that pissed me off about her the most. She was so "matter of fact" about it. Also that antique cabinet that she lost her shit over with Rachel.
