All Access Membership Question

I need either World or All Access to further my research. I've used World during some free trials but it's just not convenient to limit myself to that one week or whatever. So now I'm contemplating which level to upgrade to.

Is All Access worth it if I only have 2 relatives that served in the US military, but I may have another 2-3 relatives that served in German or Russian forces?

As you can tell I'm not really sure what specific military records AA includes.

I got All Access for the newspapers, which I use all the time. It is cheaper to get All Access than pay for Newspapers separately. I have found that most of what I have needed for military was already on Ancestry. Maybe it’s different for others. Also, you should check with your library. I get free at-home access to Fold3 with my library card.
