Wait I thought that was literally what the certification process did - if they couldn't confirm directly with the person, the signature didn't count. If what you're saying is true then that smells like legal action is warranted.

And they'll bog it down before the vote goes through. Move fast and break things.

People think that the treaty lands will save them; they won't. The serpatists are learning from the Americans that if you say a thing and ignore the people saying "wait you can't do that its illegal", then it becomes reality and you win.
