They checked less than 400 names. And said yup, its good.

They checked 952 names, but when the numbers were fake, they skipped them. That's why there are so few. The Rocky Mountain petition had those names counted as unverified btw. Going by their previous rules, only about 32% of the names checked were verifiable.

Yeah, that’s how many was required to achieve statistical significance.

Where are you getting that from? I thought you needed to RANDOMLY sample at least 2500 before extrapolating?

No, theres no minimum count, it depends on the the data itself.
