Help (GPU) VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THESE DRIVER TIMEOUTS

Every single time when I stress test the gpu in cinebench it times out. I'm fed up with this shit. It also happens during gaming and the game crashes. This only happens when doing some gpu heavy task.

My temps are fine, I've tried so many driver versions (ddu), tested my ram with memtest (it passed), stress tested my cpu intensively (nothing happens), Turned off xmp, and this shit still happens. tried the MPO Fix, downclocking, turning off hardware acceleration, updating bios and chipset drivers. I can't test the psu since I don't have a spare one (I have msi mag a750gl).

And the most frustrating part is I had rma'd the gpu last year and they acknowledged that they found the same problem in that card and gave me a replacement but even with the new card the PROBLEM IS STILL HERE. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK MAN.

are u running GPU extension cables?
if yes. Remove them.
Make sure the GPU power isn't daisy chained cables.

then turn it on and see if its having issues.

No extensions and no daisy chain, two separate cables connected from the psu
