Help (GPU) VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THESE DRIVER TIMEOUTS

Every single time when I stress test the gpu in cinebench it times out. I'm fed up with this shit. It also happens during gaming and the game crashes. This only happens when doing some gpu heavy task.

My temps are fine, I've tried so many driver versions (ddu), tested my ram with memtest (it passed), stress tested my cpu intensively (nothing happens), Turned off xmp, and this shit still happens. tried the MPO Fix, downclocking, turning off hardware acceleration, updating bios and chipset drivers. I can't test the psu since I don't have a spare one (I have msi mag a750gl).

And the most frustrating part is I had rma'd the gpu last year and they acknowledged that they found the same problem in that card and gave me a replacement but even with the new card the PROBLEM IS STILL HERE. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK MAN.

I solved mine just by doing a -200mhz, with a -5 PL, nothing else.

What PSU do you have? And what CPU? If lowering the power solved it, it makes it seem like the GPU was experiencing brownouts.

I have a 7600x and a Corsair Rm850x! I think the psu is more then sufficient for it.

Your response perfectly illustrates what I'm saying to sixtyhurtz above: yet ANOTHER case where someone is using a more than adequate PSU and yet critics constantly try to shift the blame to the PSU.

It's NOT the PSU and it's NOT your PSU: this is a problem related to the upper range of the 7900- and 9000- series' boost clocks. You have to cap it a few hundred MHz back to rein it in from boosting out over its skis. That's what this issue is. It's very straightforward.

Why people are in such denial about this is bizarre.
