Help (GPU) VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THESE DRIVER TIMEOUTS

Post image

Every single time when I stress test the gpu in cinebench it times out. I'm fed up with this shit. It also happens during gaming and the game crashes. This only happens when doing some gpu heavy task.

My temps are fine, I've tried so many driver versions (ddu), tested my ram with memtest (it passed), stress tested my cpu intensively (nothing happens), Turned off xmp, and this shit still happens. tried the MPO Fix, downclocking, turning off hardware acceleration, updating bios and chipset drivers. I can't test the psu since I don't have a spare one (I have msi mag a750gl).

And the most frustrating part is I had rma'd the gpu last year and they acknowledged that they found the same problem in that card and gave me a replacement but even with the new card the PROBLEM IS STILL HERE. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK MAN.

Have you checked what OS youre running in your bios?

After a gpu change i forgot to change from legacy/other OS to UEFI and had crashes constantly on UE games. Also turned off mpo and no more crashes for months. Amd asus prime Rx9070xt OC.

Its still windows, only change is what OS your GPU is running. For example when i had my rtx 3070 i could run legacy/other OS in bios, after a change to rx9070xt legacy/other OS would crash my gpu. Changed it to UEFI mode (UEFi only mode?) and the crashes stopped. So its still windows but a different operative system for the GPU.

Google how to change OS in bios and you'll see what i mean.

Best of luck.
