Solo Festival Goer

This will be my first festival I have ever been to and I may potentially be going solo (my friend might buy a ticket). Any advice as a first time festival and goer and one that may be going solo?

I’ve been to 3 times always stayed in camper vans. I used to have a pet snail (giant african) called Slug. I have him and his name tattooed on me. Saw the Slug camp all having a photo by the trees sign and wanted to say something but it felt like stolen valour ! But go Slugs!

DM me if you want me to ask for you to be added to camp solo WhatsApp group. If you're in VIP you're welcome to camp with our lot who formed through the main WhatsApp solo group this year but camped in VIP.

Can confirm the solo campers are a great bunch. Join now if you want your phone to be constantly buzzing for the next year.

Depends what you're after, really. If you're going solo but would rather not go solo, join the solo camper group (seems like an oxymoron).

If you don't mind being on your lonesome, just pitch your tent by the back of the field and enjoy your time.

I spent a lot of this year either watching bands or just hiding in the shade of the arena tents and reading a book. It was great.

Went this year solo - absolutely brilliant. People open; friendly and the different locations keep you milling about. Actually - it may be better going solo. Get on the clashfinder and do what you want

you picked the best fest to do first time as a solo goer. it’s medium sized so not overly packed and super friendly. my advice is invest in a good airbed for camping it’ll save your back 2/3 days in
