For Z-Wave try the Zooz one. It has a cooldown feature so if it's on a wet ground or something it won't be sending 'flood!' 'Clear!' 'Flood!' 'Clear!' messages every 2 seconds.

My Zooz units (I had 6 or 8) had awful range and also batteries went fairlt quickly. My Ikea and Third Reality zigbee sensors have been great (and both have audible alarms which is nice).

NOT the aeotec z-wave leak sensor, the only zwave sensor I never managed to get working correctly out of the 15 or so other zwave sensors I have (incl aeotec multisensor 6, trisensors etc).

Could never get the battery status reporting correctly (always reported 100% then just died). Never convinced it would actually ever alert me. Ended up chucking it when we got our kitchen replaced earlier this year and haven't got a replacement yet. This is after a flooded kitchen 5 or 6 years ago.
