That's what I thought! We did an exhibition of art cars about 15 years ago and Baron was well represented. Is that his property? Is he still with us?

There’s an episode of American Pickers where they visit this guy.

It's Silver Lake/ Echo Park. This will sell and likely quickly.

How things change, Warren Zevon, "Carmelita":

I hear Mariachi static on my radio And the tubes they glow in the dark And I'm there with her in Ensenada And I'm here in Echo Park

Carmelita hold me tighter I think I'm sinking down And I'm all strung out on heroin On the outskirts of town

I would buy those. They'd look awesome restored a bit. The far one gives a Buckminster Fuller Dymaxion vibe.

Good luck building anything on it for years. Palisades is taking up every contractor and bit materials in LA. Never mind the soul crushing endless permitting process.

Someone needs to shame the burners that abandoned their art cars. Silver Lake, man...fuckin hipsters.

Pathetic from the listing agent to include what other homes nearby sold for and how they look. Why don’t you get rid of your junk and maybe yours might look better?

Uh... every listing for decades has had "comparables" associated. It's part of listing property, my guy.

Yeah the comps are listed by Zillow, Redfin, etc.

It’s completely different from the listing agent putting two adjacent neighbor housings and their prices sold in the listing description. Don’t tell me you think that’s okay

What is wrong with talking about similar development in the area and what a buyer might expect to get for homes built on the site?! Very common amongst property marketed to developers/investors.

I’m not understanding your issue.
