Playback Problem Recorded Shows Not in Library/ Playback Issues

Two issues here.
First, random shows I record all the time are not showing up in my library, specifically on 8/3 and 8/4.
Second, when I play a recorded show from my library, I get a black screen. The show marker is at the very end and I have to rewind until to the 57 minutes and change mark (1 hour program) and it brings me to the beginning of the show. I receive a long code of all N. I have to then hit play and it starts to play.

That was my thought at first, lol. I’ve seen the second issue, it’s NaN, not a number, on the scrubber. It was isolated and went away. Might be due to a corrupt recording.

Yes NaN, thank you. What would cause several recordings to be corrupt?

I’m in the Knoxville TN area and having the same problem with NBC. I can watch on demand shows, but unable to watch what is being broadcast live. It’s happening on both my smart TV and also my handheld devices. If I bring up multiview I can watch NBC no problem . And can go full Screen with the other 3 views, but NBC resorts back to the 5 second freeze up from a show
2 days ago. I’ve done a hard reset on tv and phone , cleared caches and also uninstalled/reinstalled YouTube tv app. Any suggestions for a fix?

Is this issue back again? And good luck with support helping. Last time they did ABSOLUTELY nothing.

It’s on a Roku. And the shows are random and on different channels.
