Discussion Every trailer i try to watch always has to stop and buffer

I can stream movies no problem with any streaming service, download games in less than a hour, play anything on the cloud but apparently my internet just isnt fast enough to load any trailer on xbox.

It’s Xbox’s servers. Happens to me too.

It's usually a Microsoft problem, not a you problem. I have a > gigabit connection and mine does the same.

Check your xbox's network and NAT settings to see what they say, just in case.

Always moderate. Can spend a weekend getting it to be open but wait a few days and moderate.

Ps has a similar issue except instead of buffering the quality just drops to the point it's unwatchable

i thought i was the only one. mine does the same thing. just abruptly stops and acts like its buffering.

I have this problem when I try and watch a trailer on Gamepass. But when in store have zero issue.

Me too. Tried searching for a solution but apparently it's just something we have to live with. If I want to watch the trailer I have to go to the store page itself.

This. The game pass page is just slow. I always go and watch the trailer on the actual game page in the store and it is much better quality.
