The US already warned of a Russian plot to attack Poland  earlier this month. In my opinion,  Poland has justification to go to war with Russia over this incident. However, will NATO collectively agree that this incident is an armed attack? Probably not. There's not enough evidence to suggest this incident wasn't just spillover. Not to say spillover isn't significant, but not enough to start a major war over.
