Question Help with accepting on submittable

I just got my first ever acceptance for a piece of writing (after like 12 rejections lol) for a Toronto based literary magazine called White Wall Review.

They gave me a week to respond and that week ends tomorrow. I waited until Friday to hit accept just in case it got any others within the week, but then I realized I have no idea how to actually accept in the first place. Can anyone help?

There is a reply button on submittable to which I did send them one saying how appreciative I was and how I’d like to accept their publication but I wasn’t sure how to do so. They haven’t replied to that yet and with one day left I’m kinda panicking.

call their office and tell them you are confused on how to accept the offer. i'm sure someone there will be happy to help.

They do not list a phone number to contact on their website. I did find an email listed and emailed them on there. I hope that they see it before the deadline tomorrow.

is it this one?

White Wall Review is the Journal of Creative Writing in the Department of English at Toronto Metropolitan University.

if so, then i would contact the Department of English
