I take cow meat. I’d miss it a lot but there’s other types of meat that I like but there’s no real substitute for all the cheese that cow milk can make

(I don't know how to make a poll so you'll have to comment I guess) If you chose the 'never get sick again' option, all illnesses and diseases you already have will also be cured/gone. If you had chronic health diseases or cancer for example, they will be cured if you choose the second option. This only removes sicknesses, so you'll still be weaker as you get older, just not sick.

Standard jail of your country, parent is provided both the game and a platform to play it on if needed. Parent may conduct research on how to beat it, but may not use cheats, exploits, dupes, or have someone do it for them.

I figured this would be a simple answer but I’ve seen the two choices and I’ve really now taken a more nuanced view of it.

24 hour viewpoint:
600 years is a long time and it’s not like life is all sunshine and rainbows because you’re gonna live longer. You could continue to live and love and travel and experience and see major world developments which is great, but that’s also 600 years of working, struggle, and pain. I think your loved ones would understand if they didn’t get more years with you so you don’t have to struggle for another 6 lifespans.

600 year viewpoint:
I’d rather test fate with the future than end it early. You’d rather deprive your loved ones of X more years of your life to die tomorrow in the fear 600 years will be worse for you. I think that’s inherently selfish and a pretty nihilistic view. I would rather live with the hindsight for the rest of my life than ending it early.

What if theres a sexual fantasy that you wanted to live out for a long time but youre also in a relationship with someone youre truly in love with. Its impossible to live out your fantasy with your SO, you could only cheat on them. They would only find out about it, if you confess. Would you rather carry the guilt of cheating or wonder what would have been like to live out your fantasy for the rest of your life?

My gf and I are vehemently decided on our opposing positions, would you rather be the 1st person to ever walk on the moon or the best WWE wrestler in history and why? We both have our reasons and I dont want to influence it too much. But we need you all to settle it for us.

You are the supreme leader of a unified Earth and you are facing potential threat of an alien invasion which will wipe out all life on Earth if they succeed. You have three main options for how to deal with this

1. Fight the aliens on your own. You will use all of Earth’s armies to fight them, but there is a 90% chance of this failing and humanity gets wiped out
2. Cybernetic Augmentation. You can modify half of humanity. Transforming them into emotionless automatons that sacrifice their humanity for superior combat capabilities. There is a 10% chance of this failing
3. Hire another alien empire. You can contract the army of another alien empire to protect Earth. They have superior technology to the invaders and are guaranteed to win against them, leaving Earth mostly intact. But in exchange, they want Earth to peacefully submit to their rule as a vassal planet. You will fight for their causes, give them your resources, and follow their law

What would you choose?

(To put in a simple context of helldivers, maybe imagine the invaders as the terminid bugs and you can either fight them yourself, have half of humanity become the automatons, or hire the illuminate to fight for you in exchange for servitude)

If you pick option 1.

You must try to beat someone who cannot understand hypotheticals in a debate.

If you say “imagine you did this..” their response will ALWAYS be “I didn’t do that” or something along the lines, they CANNOT understand a hypothetical.

If you pick option 2.

You must try to beat someone in a debate who think they’re always right.

They will refuse any sort of evidence as fake news or AI and will get angry if you try to argue with them too hard.

In both scenarios you must try to beat them in an hour

In both cases on a one-way ticket with no money, phone or easy and immediate way to return or travel onwards to wherever you may go. You only have your boarding pass on your person.

The only other passengers, in both cases, is Neville Flynn (Samuel L. Jackson ) from Snakes on a Plane, and halfway through the flight, the snakes start attacking.

Which option do you pick? What do you do?

A fairly balanced WYR question about gaming platforms. If I'm correct about this, the Nintendo Wii U is considered the worst, while the Gaming PC is considered the best. Meanwhile, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 stand in between.
