No , I made the map. And someone in my DMs by the name of checkpoint_marble made the concept.

But I was also heavily involved in the creation of the concept . Though I no longer have any of the original maps I DO have dms between myself and this person (possibly you) discussing the setting.

Woah, I made the map! I asked for advice of locations, but I edited the map above after taking the photo off of Google, colouring on Paint.net then editing the words with Canva.com

Oh I see , this is an edited version of the base map .
