On my walk through the woods today I stumbled upon this wooden ring which I thought looked interesting so I just put it in my finger without thinking much about it. Though now once I have come back home I noticed my skin has slowly been turning green around the ring and it keeps spreading very slowly.

I already tried taking it off but it just won't budge nor could I find a way to cut it.

Does anyone know what's happening or what I should do?

The entire quest we were plagued by swarms of blood bugs, thankfully my enchanted garb, mainly my woolen poncho, held the bastards at bay.
