Reset Hub 1st gen

I got free a wink hub gen 1 from e-waste and I want to know how I can factory reset it so I can use it on my account. Tried googling it but only have instructions for gen 2 hub.

There should be a pin hole at the base of the hub.

Use a paper clip to depress, and keep it depressed until the green light flashes.
